I have been making nutrition plans for 15 years. I studied nutrition and regeneration in sport at the University of Masaryk in Brno. I took a lot of theoretical knowledge from there, which I combine with practical knowledge from my sports and professional career. I also have a nutrition course that lasted 6 months and took place in Prague. In addition to the mentioned course and other seminars in the field of nutrition, I also have certificates from other areas such as training, massage and kinesio taping.
The nutrition plans I create are different from other plans offered on the Internet because I devote a few hours to each plan separately and it is exactly tailored to the client. I prepare it on the basis of information from the questionnaire, which is a condition when ordering a nutrition plan.
Each nutrition plan is approximately 35 pages long and includes calculated client indices such as BMI, MBI, ideal weight, WHR, estimated fat percentage, and basal metabolic rate and furthermore, the drinking regime. The nutrition itself is formed every day of the week by other meals, which together make up 35 different meals. It also contains recipes for every single meal. There is even a description and photo of each food contained. In the plan you will also find tips for weight loss and other useful things. So far, each of my clients who followed the nutrition lost an average of 0.7 – 2 kg per week. I even have a client who lost 60 kg in half a year. If you can’t lose weight while doing training, remember that a modified nutrition is the key to success in weight losing. Training is just a bonus that can supplement the nutrition plan and speed up weight loss.
