I’ve been world champion three times.

How often do you exercise?
I exercise 6 times a week, twice a day. I start my morning workout at 6 am and the second one starts at 4 pm. I practice kickboxing in the morning. In the evening it is cardio and training with my own weight.
How old were you when you started karate?
10 years
When did you win the world title?
When I was 22 years old.
Did you have a real fight?
Yes, I had a real fight with the champion of Slovakia in taekwondo. I won after a minute by hitting the head KO. It was a contra punch after a blocked kick.
How did you meet Wim Hof?
I discovered Wim Hof’s method a long time ago, but I did not return to it until June 2021. I admired Wim and I longed to meet him, so one day I decided to do everything to fulfil my dream and I wrote him my story and how his method helped me. The next day, Wim called me and I couldn’t believe it was him. He invited me to the Netherlands and I went to see him two weeks later.
Who is your favourite action and classic actor?
My favourite action actors are Jean Claude Van Damme and Donnie Yen. I met Jean Claud when he was promoting the opening of a distillery in Slovakia in Hniezdne. We talked for a while and took a picture. What’s interesting is that in the movie he seems like a big guy, but in reality he was ten centimetres smaller than me. My favourite classical actor is Al Pacino.

What nutrition plans do you offer?
My nutrition plans are focused on losing weight, gaining muscles or keeping the weight. For weight loss we offer a reduction nutrition plan, carbohydrate waves, and a vegetarian nutrition plan. I offer a gaining nutrition plan to gain muscles and a fit life plan to keep your weight.
What training plans do you offer?
We offer training plans HIIT, 10 minutes to a better figure, TABATA, gain muscle with dumbbells, cutting workout in the gym.

You can send message via contact formular or mail, or you can send me messege on facebook, I will send you questionaire which you must fill in before I can start making your plan. Also I will send you information about payment.

What does a made-to-measure plan mean?
I create nutrition and eating plans based on information from the questionnaire, where I find out your age, weight, measurements, eating habits, number and type of trainings and so on. Based on them, I will then create a plan that is designed exactly for you. I create each plan for several hours and it is created to work exactly for you.
Is it appropriate to combine nutrition plans and training plans?
Their combination is ideal for achieving your desired results faster.
What does a nutrition plan contain?
The nutrition plan contains your calculated indices such as ideal weight, WHR, BMI, MBI and others. It contains a calculated and designed drinking regime. Furthermore, there you will find a table with 7 variants of the daily menu, which contains 5 meals per day. You will also find weights of meals there, recipes, preparation process and photos of individual foods.
What does a training plan contain?
The training plan includes your calculated body indices such as WHR, BMI, MBI, ideal weight and more. It also includes the training schedule in the weekly schedule. You will also find the recommended heart rates of individual training units. You will also find a description of each exercise, photos of its positions, the most common mistakes and so on.
How much will I lose in a week?
In a week my clients lose from 0.6 to 2 kg. In the beginning, weight loss is fast, gradually stabilizing at 0.6 – 1.5 kg per week.
How long does weight loss last?
It’s individual, but for example, a man who is 105 kg and wants to lose weight to 88 kg can do it in about three months.
